No bullshit, no blablabla. It’s quite simple: making things very visible using creative methods such as challenges, confrontations, constructions or social observations in order to effectively arrive at a certain insight which can give you peace or the will to transform things.
My coaching technique gives you an overview of your current status or position and makes choices clearer and sometimes much easier. It is not spiritual or vague, but tackles everyday personal, relational or work-related problems in a practical way. It is a goal-oriented guided approach to a rationalized ‘problem’ or opportunity.
The techniques and methods I use have their origins in solution-oriented therapy, systemic therapy and contextual therapy, with founders such as Steve De Shazer, Insoo Kim Berg, Iván Böszörményi-Nagy, Bateson, Bakker and Bakker.
I was lucky to be trained by great mentors and doctors such as Dr. Luc Isebaert, Dr. Myriam Le Fevere de Ten Hove, Mieke Faes, Prof. Dr. Gilbert Lemmens, Psy. Dr. Barry L. Duncan, Hélène Dellucci, Elliot Connie.
